Though he is not a delegate this time around, this will be the Centre County Democratic Committee chairman’s third convention.

More LGBT voices were heard throughout the Democratic National Convention. Equality Pennsylvania, a progressive LGBT statewide advocacy group, held an event downtown Tuesday.
